Returns
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, with tags and original packaging included. You’ll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note that items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product. We’ll review the issue and work to resolve it as quickly as possible.
Non Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Sale or clearance items
- Gift cards
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Items damaged through misuse or normal wear

Exchanges
To exchange an item, we recommend returning the original product first. Once your return is approved, you can place a new order for the desired item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery for any reason and without justification.
Items must be unused, in original condition, with tags and original packaging, along with proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you regarding the approval status of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
